What we collect
- Contact form. When you reach out, we get your name, business, email, phone, and message.
- Calls and texts. If we set up a phone number for you, call records — number, time, and conversation content — are kept to provide and improve the service.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. It's aggregate data and doesn't identify you personally.
- Cookies. Basic functional cookies and the cookies Google Analytics sets.
How we use it
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, deliver the services you asked for, invoice you, and keep the site working. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising profiling.
Third-party services
To run the site and deliver services we use a small set of trusted providers: Google Analytics and Google Fonts on the site itself, hosting through Hostinger, and — when we build systems for you — APIs from Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms you ask us to connect. Those providers have their own privacy policies, and data handled on your behalf is governed by your accounts with them.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections and access controls — and we never expose your data publicly.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion at any time — email dustin@gopolliwog.com.
