What's included, honestly
Every plan has a one-time startup fee — $20 for Launch Plan, $100 for Starter, $500 for Pro — then a simple monthly price. There are no refunds on services already rendered. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice; otherwise cancellation takes effect the following month.
The Launch Plan includes the domain; Starter and Pro build on everything before them, so you never pay twice for the same piece.
