Terms of service.

Last updated August 28, 2026. The short version: we build systems, you pay for them, and you can cancel with notice.

Polliwog

What we do

Polliwog builds websites and growth systems for small businesses: websites, hosting, email and phone setup, AI agents and automation, dashboards, and integrations with the tools you already use.

Pricing and payment

  • Launch Plan — $16/month plus a one-time $20 startup fee.
  • Starter — $40/month plus a one-time $100 startup fee.
  • Pro — $160/month plus a one-time $500 startup fee.
  • Custom projects — anything that doesn't fit a plan is quoted individually before work starts.

Plans bill monthly. Startup fees cover setup and are due when work begins.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice; without it, cancellation takes effect the following month. There are no refunds for services already rendered — you're paying for work done and systems already built.

Your content and our work

You own your content and your data. The systems and tools we build for you are delivered for your use; our underlying frameworks, internal tools, and reusable components remain ours.

Third-party services

Systems we build often connect to third-party platforms — Google, Meta/Facebook, and others. Those services are governed by their own terms, which you agree to when you use them. We're not responsible for changes or outages in third-party platforms.

Liability

We deliver services with reasonable care, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves; changes apply to work started after they're posted.
